For the past few years, Google worked with museums around the world to make their collections available on the Google Cultural Institute. Now, they’ve opened up the technologies behind this project so that anyone with cultural content can publish it, creating exhibitions that tell engaging stories on their own website. On 10th December Google launched its ambitious new project – Google Open Gallery.
Picky Art Gallery was among 45 other galleries, artists and institutions that were lucky enough to be the first who could try out the new tool. We are thrilled about our new page on Google’s Open Gallery:
